We are a recruitment agency, which successfully operates on the Polish market for over ten years. We connect qualified Personnel from a shipyard industry with a foreign Employer. We cooperate with powerful corporations such as Vard Electro AS- among other things, thanks to that cooperation Experts receive interesting opportunities of development and well paid job. Most of the projects are carried out in Norway, but we also organize an employment in other European countries such as: England, Italy or Romania. ABOUT US
SAFETY
All the Employees hired by our Clients, undergo practical and theoretical safety trainings (HSE). A basic course for Electricians who work in the Norwegian shipyards is FSE. Before starting the work, each Electrician needs to receive a certificate that proves the Internet course has been done successfully. Welders, Electricians and Ventilation Fitters who work via our agency need to have Hot Work permission. By applying rules performed on the HSE trainings, the work is safe and becomes more efficient.

EMPLOYER OFFERS
Transport and accommodation is organized by employer. Before departure, each Employee is informed about the journey details- when does it take place and what form it has (by plane or bus). After reaching the place of the work abroad, Employee receives a contract that specifies the terms of employment with a foreign employer. Additionally, each time when the Employee starts a new contract receives and signs a Job Order, which specifies the exact hourly rate, the place of work and its schedule. Each employee hired through Time Personale Sp. o.o. can depend on the support of the coordinator acting on behalf of the company, who helps in the communication between the Employee and the Employer.

The average weekly working hours is 54, from Monday to Saturday. Contracts are done due to the rotation system, which means 5 or 6 weeks spent at work abroad and 2 weeks of free time. Information about the precise place of work is given by the employer in the Job Order.
